By accessing and using Fay's Online Saving Scheme (FOSS), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Service

You agree not to:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person

4. Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on Fay are conducted in good faith. You understand that contributions made to savings groups are binding. Withdrawals are subject to the terms agreed upon by the group. We are not responsible for disputes between group members regarding contributions or withdrawals.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fay, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if Fay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
